FIC8120 单芯片内置MPEG4编解码的ARM处理器

 FIC8120是智原(FARADAY)科技推出的高整合度MPEG4编解码SoC平台。核心是MPEG4/JPEG视频编解码硬件引擎和功能强大的FA526 RISC 32bit CPU（ARM922）。编解码引擎支持MPEG4实时编码/解码,在编码或者解码时D1效果每秒能到30帧。此外芯片集成单片的多码流处理，处理外部控制指令，运动监测等技术。FIC8120使用了0.18微米制程，全速率下编码解码功耗只有0.6W，发热量相当低，适合环境恶劣的应用。

 FIC8120的目标是把客户的音视频系统开发周期缩短到3个月，已经有客户在2周内完成软件移植的记录。在交付件上，Faraday提供开发工具、Linux OS、软件SDK、、PC解码库等全套自主知识产权技术。基于FIC8120的单芯片编解码方案，芯片性能稳定，系统设计简单、功能和外设非常完备，使用户可快速地推出MPEG4 编解码产品，从而抢得市场先机。

此CPU能提供的Linux的简单应用， LINUX下的相关DRIVER，硬件设计资料，软件开发包，并有详细的文档说明，用户可以自己的产品需求在这些资料基础上做研发。
